How do I create a new email template?

Managing email templates efficiently can save you time and enhance communication. Here’s how to create, edit, and delete email templates:


Creating a New Email Template

  1. Go to the "Emails" section in your account.
  2. Click on "Add Email Template" to create a new template.
  3. Fill in the required details, including any custom fields you need for personalization.
  4. Once all the information is in place, click "Save" to store your template.

Editing an Existing Email Template

  1. To make changes to an existing template, locate the email you want to edit.
  2. Click on the "Edit" button next to the template.
  3. After making the necessary adjustments, click "Save" to update your template.

Deleting an Email Template

  1. Find the template you wish to remove.
  2. Click "Delete" and confirm the action to permanently delete the template.
