
How to create the email template ?

Log in as the super admin.

Navigate to the "Emails" section in the side navigation.

Select "Email Templates" from the options.

In the email templates tab, locate the "Add" button in the top right corner.

Once the template opens, begin by selecting the recipients in the "To" field, specifying whether they are recruiters or employers.

Then, choose any additional recipients to be included in the "cc" field.

If you wish to send the email from a custom sender address, you can request it, or alternatively, use the default one.

Specify the recipient for replies.
- Select the Template type with specified status.

Customize the subject line, possibly incorporating specific recipients using custom fields.

Craft your message, incorporating custom text, styles, and custom fields as needed.
